We will present you with a short list of the most sutiable individuals for your role. This will include a detailed profile, along with screening notes. This is also an opporunity to reflet and re-evaluate and go back to the market if needed.
Interview Process
The biggest challenge in a market that his highly competitive and candidate driven, is getting your preferred candidate over the line. We have an impressive conversion rate, we partner with you throughout the interview process, to make sure you stand the best possible chance of securing your preferred candidate. This may mean adopting a fluid process and taking an approach on a per case basis.
Offer Stage
The final hurdle! And often where processes fall down. Your preferred candidate isn't actively looking, this a major decision that may well mean sacrificing current success and starting again. We understand the thought process and we understand what senior candidates want from us at this stage, which is typically an impartial sounding board and a partner that can help assess the opportunity and offer against a current role and the wider market.
